Beautiful Short-Sleeved Lace Dress with Detachable Tulle Overskirt
The short dress is all lace, and fits like a size 4! There are no blemishes on the dress or the skirt.
The style is really fun, the tulle skirt is easily put on and taken off for 2 different looks.
The alterations include being taken in, and the tulle skirt was shortened. The arms were opened up a bit so they weren't as tight, but still fit perfectly.
