Inspect It
When you add your dress to your cart, you can choose to upgrade your purchase with our White Glove Verification. We'll work with your seller and then send you thorough verification pictures and videos so that you can see your dress from head to toe before we ship it.
For brides who don't upgrade to White Glove Service, we'll ask the seller to review her gown head to toe and let us know about any blemishes. If there are any issues we'll bring them to your attention and let you know what your possible next steps and solutions are.
Add It To Your Cart & Checkout
We handle payment processing and seller communication to ensure you have a secure and seamless shopping experience.
If for some reason the dress that you have ordered is no longer available, we'll reach out with a list of potential options and cancel your pre-authorization so that you can immediately continue your search for the one.
Track It
We’ll get everything in order and send you an email detailing what your next steps are once your shipment arrives (including an unpacking video), and tracking details for when your gorgeous gown is on its way - shipping and insurance is on us*!
Typically, your dress will arrive within 7-10 days from when you order, 3 weeks at the absolute most. If you have travel plans, let us know ASAP.
In a Rush? If you are in a rush, let us know prior to ordering - tell us the dress you are wanting to buy, your timeline you need it by, and we'll calculate the ship times to let you know if you need to purchase expedited shipping.
Try It On
You have 5 calendar days from the moment you receive the dress to decide if you’ll be walking down the aisle in it. Returns can be for any reason at all. Get your ladies together in person or virtually and try on your wedding dress!

Not Feeling the Spark?
No worries - simply send us an email and we’ll arrange the return with you. Once your seller confirms she received it in good condition we will refund your purchase less a $50 return fee.

What made you fall in love with it?
What alterations were done - did you add a bustle or cups, were the straps shortened or bodice taken in, was it hemmed to your height with heels? Etc.
Be as specific as you can be. Be honest.
Share all the details that you can about the condition and any blemishes - buyers are more likely to buy a dress when they know what to expect. Inspect your dress before you list it to see if you have missing beads, loose threads, stains, tears, or pulls.
Set Your Price
Choose a price that is fair, competitive, and reflects the condition and age of your dress.
Our minimum dress listing sale price is $375, but we may consider accepting a lower priced item - reach out to our team to learn more.
List It & Relax
Pay your one-time $19.99 listing fee, we’ll review, refine, promote, and push your listing live for thousands of brides to see.
Some dresses sell within 24 hours and some may take 6 months or more - depending on price, condition, style, and what's currently trending. We’ll contact you with any buyer questions or offers, and when it sells our team will reach out to you with your next-steps.
Verify & Ship It
When your dress sells you’ll get an email from us with your next-steps - we'll get you to confirm your shipping details, listing details, and have you take pictures and videos to document your gowns current condition before you ship it.
You'll then receive a pre-paid & insured shipping label from our team with instructions on how to pack your dress up for its trip to the new bride.
If the buyer keeps the dress, we will send you payment (via PayPal or check) for 70% of the final sale price! Read more about our return policy here.
