Beautiful Sparkly Lace and English Net Mermaid Wedding Dress with Illusion Sleeveless High Neckline
I knew this was the dress for me immediately because of how elegant and beautiful it made me feel. The mermaid style gives a classic dress an updated twist while the exquisite beading on the belt, neckline, and sleeves adds a gorgeous sparkle to the soft tones of the blush and ivory fabric.
Sheer material creates the cap sleeves and the illusion high-over-sweetheart neckline. The open square mid-back meets with a corset lace closure which is elegant and comfortable, plus versatile for sizing. I love how figure-flattering the silhouette is - This dress hugs all the right places and accentuates your curves to give a perfect silhouette. The scalloped edge at the bottom completes the look of a timeless classy bride.
Alterations: The dress was professionally hemmed. I'm 5'3" and wore a 3" heel making the dress suitable for a height of up to 5'6". A layer of tulle was removed to reduce the fullness of the mermaid skirt. This is undetectable and made the skirt relax around my legs for easy flowing movement. Also, personalized embroidery at the bottom of a small section on the innermost satin skirt was removed. Conveniently, ribbons on the underside of the skirt are numbered to match up with ribbons further up the skirt underside for bustling. Padded cups were added (one cup size up). I'm a 34B bust and the added padding just made for a perfect fit.
Condition: It was professionally cleaned and has been checked over very well. All beading is intact! It is preserved in a wedding dress box with many layers of acid-free tissue paper. There is a pink dress bag and hanger that is included with this dress.
The pretty design and color of the dress, blush overlay on ivory with the glittery beads and belt is beautiful in many light settings!
