Beautiful V-Neck A-Line Wedding Dress with Layered Skirt
The Upcycle Atelier
This dress is a gorgeous creation from Carol Hannah’s NYC studio, never worn for a wedding, and completely unaltered. Carol Hannah uses remnant materials to create one-of-a-kind designs in the upcycle collection. This dress has an A-line skirt with slightly off-the-shoulder and asymmetrical sleeves/straps. The skirt has a layer of silk satin faced organza underneath a draped layer of silk chiffon. A crinoline is sewn in underneath the skirt but can be removed in alterations for a slimmer fit. The bodice is lined and supportive, with a soft layer of silk against the skin.
For me personally, the dress was too small so I would’ve needed to do extensive alterations, but I didn’t want to have to change it for me. It’s a graceful and beautiful dress!
