Elegant Strapless Sweetheart Fit and Flare Tiered Lace Wedding Dress with Sparkly Beaded Belt
This Rivini silhouette is incredibly flattering! The sweetheart neckline provides a unique, modestly sexy look with a touch of cleavage that compliments the shoulders and collarbone. The decorative belt highlights a small waist and draws attention down to a fitted silhouette that hugs the hips and then gently and subtly flows to a slim A-line skirt. The tiered ivory lace is incredibly unique, romantic, and rich in look and feel.
I was married in the Fall in upstate New York but this dress is incredibly versatile. The lace and color make it appropriate for a Fall or Winter wedding while the cut, neckline, and playful vibe make it feel suitable for Spring or warm weather as well.
I fell in love with how this dress looked on the hanger but once I put it on, I knew it was the one! It is heavy and feels beautifully substantial. It held me in and fit firmly against my body but I also had mobility, could dance, and sit comfortably. It is nicely lined, features a tulle base and the short train can be bustled.
Alterations: I am 5’ 11’. I needed length and purchased a size 12 but wore an 8 at the time. It has been altered to be taken in and I added a sewn-in bra for support. (34C).
Condition: This dress was worn only once, on my wedding day. It was professionally cleaned and beautifully stored and boxed by Jeeves in Manhattan.
This is a dream dress - flattering, rich in look and feel, romantic and unique. I have not wanted to part with it because I love it so much but the idea of it not being enjoyed by others has prompted me to share it with another bride!
