Details
Wanted a dress that would be effortless to walk and twirl in and found it in this Locklin dress by Wtoo. The bodice of the dress is flattering and shimmers, while the soft netting skirt with tulle is dreamy and light. It also comes with a small sweep train. The dress is fully lined so I didn't have to wear anything beneath it and the A-line shape is very flattering on the body.
Alterations
I did have the dress let out in the waist as provided by the manufacturer, no other alterations were made to the dress waistline. I also added an American bustle and eyelet hooks around the back waist that is subtle and not easily spotted due to the tulle skirt. I am 5'4" 1/2 and with my heels at 4", I did not have to alter the dress length at all.
Note: If you do have a longer torso than regular then the straps might feel tight.
Condition
There is minimal wear at the hem, a few tears but they are not noticeable tears on the tulle skirt, and a few small beading along the straps are missing. There are no stains and the gown has been professionally cleaned.
