This dress has been altered to fit.
Alterations include the following: waist slightly reduced, hem shortened two inches 59" to 57" Hollow To Hem, edge at the front around shoulders removed for a more natural look, as the embroidery applique has to blend into the skin creating tattoo effect. One bustle was added to the dress, and four bustles were added to the skirt.
