From Oscar de la Renta's Fall 2015 collection. Filigree embroidered macramé ball gown with sweetheart neckline and corseted bodice. Designed and crafted with love in New York, the scalloped neckline and hemline are hand appliquéd. What attracts me about this dress is that it is a very light gown, and it is made with very delicate, high-end lace. Besides, the corseted bodice is so well made that it helps shaping without showing my little belly. As a result, overall, I look slim even though I have a little belly underneath the gown.
The dress was hemmed slightly. Additional layers of tulle were added to the skirt for more volume but could be easily removed.
The long veil in the photos (not from Oscar De la Renta and not professionally cleaned) will be given as complimentary with the gown. For reference, I am 5 ft 3 and wore 3-inch heels.
