Simple Classic Chic Dove Satin Ball Gown Wedding Dress
This dress was my dream dress! I am pretty petite so I did have to get it altered. It is a size US 8 - fits perfect at the waist but altered straps and length of the dress to fit my short body. I was comfortable in the dress, it was fitted so well and I could breathe like a normal person. It was a bit warm on my wedding day but it was also 32 degrees celsius that day.
The dress has been professionally cleaned - however it does have some minimal stains towards the bottom where it was touching the ground.
The original dress did not come with a belt but I wanted a little sparkle! So I added a dainty sparkly belt to it. Had to be removed for the dry cleaner but will come with the dress and it is very simple to attach with a seamstress.
The dress is short in the front (I am 5'1" and barely showed my toes while walking) but has quite a large train at the back. It also has pockets, may I add this was the most useful thing for me all my wedding! That is where I kept all of my tissues. It also has some sheer on the sides and the back is low - with a semi-sheer corset-like back! Pictures attached!!
Overall, this dress is so simple yet elegant. It is definitely suited for a wedding in the summer and for a petite woman like me! :)
