Modest Yet Majestic Lace Ball Gown Wedding Dress
The style of this dress is classic Victorian with a modern twist of the mock high neck.
The tag on the dress is a size 8 but was tailored to fit a size 2.
The dress has a built-in internal padded corset bra with boning which gives the top a structured look that flows into a satin-lined full train with a built-in bustle. Small satin button detail from neck to hips with hidden zipper closure. Button detailing on sleeves as well.
I maintained the original design of the dress and only added alterations.
The dress was dry cleaned the day after my wedding and has no signs of wear. Stored in a non-smoking environment. I fell in love with the timeless lace detailing of this dress. It is modest but sultry and pairs beautifully with an updo! I hope this dress can bring another bride as much joy as I felt in it!
