I purchased this skirt in November 2021 to wear with a separate bridal top that I ordered elsewhere. I ended up going with a different look so I am selling both the top and the skirt with the new slip that was purchased for the dress (details below).

The skirt is a size 8, color soft white chiffon, has a thigh-high slit on the left-hand side of the skirt. This has never been worn other than to try on for alteration purposes.

The skirt is very flowy, breathable, and lightweight. It is easy to move around in and comfortable. The listing on David's Bridal website mentions that it has a sweep train (unaltered), a back zipper, and is fully lined. 

The David's Bridal skirt was only altered at the bottom. I am 5'4 and was planning on wearing flats so the dress was cut for someone that was planning on wearing flats or shorter than 5'4 with heels. The train was not altered nor was the waist. A 12 point bustle was added to the dress. 5 on the 2nd layer and 7 on the top layer. For reference, I wear a size 6-8 in jeans. The bridal skirt was picked up from alteration on 12/30/21.

Zoey Top Separate

The Zoey top was purchased online at wearyourlovexo.com in May of 2021. The Zoey top was made to order with a scoop back, cups attached to the inside of the dress, ivory lined bodice with unlined sleeves. The website mentions that this top is created to be 3 inches past your natural waistline.

The top is soft, comfortable and has such beautiful lace details at the end of the sleeves, back and neckline. The website describes the top as being "created with silky stretch floral lace in soft white (a shade between ivory and optic bright white). The long fitted lace sleeves slightly flare at the cuff to adorn the hand in lace. The neckline, sleeve cuffs, and optional open scoop back are completed with hand-cut lace edging for that effortless bohemian feel."

I would like to note that there is a small snag on the bottom left side of the front of the top (if wearing it is on the left). For reference on the long sleeve, my arms measure at about 11 inches around the bicep, and generally wear a small in everyday tops.

Lastly, I had purchased a white slip from David's Bridal size small (style number 7218) to go under the dress that will be added with the dress purchase since I do not have any other use for it.

The slip also includes the slit on the left slide that way you cannot see it under the thigh-high slit on the skirt. Because this is a 2 piece dress I would recommend tucking in the Zoey top into any shapewear or the slip to prevent being able to see the lining under the skirt.

At my alterations appointment, the seamstress had found some ribbon that she used (pictured on dress) as a belt and tied it into a bow. It is not attached to the dress, but will include that should you choose to use it.
