The dress is a Claire Pettibone design with an ivory lace over a goldish tan silk. The darker silk of the dress underneath accentuates the lace. This dress is a size 12, which is size 8-10 in normal clothes. The dress is a mermaid with scalloped hem and spaghetti straps. It is surprisingly comfortable especially for a wedding dress. The back of the dress was my favorite part, as it is entirely a lace back. I had cups sewn in the dress to add some additional support as the dress has no wire support. There is a slight train on the dress and a bustle.
