This dress is absolutely magical! I loved this Iris dress by Carolina Herrera the moment I put it on. I was looking for something classic and elegant (think Carolyn Bessette Kennedy) and this was truly the perfect dress. It fit beautifully. I especially love the high neck and the back of the dress that has a slanted bow.
The dress really showed off my shoulders and it is form-fitting, so it also hugs the body quite nicely.
Alterations
In terms of alterations, I did have alterations done, but very minimal. CH hemmed the bottom and took in some of the side/hip areas, but only minor adjustments. Bustle and cups were also added.
Condition
Professionally dry cleaned. Note that there is a very small scratch/pull in the fabric (upper left) that is not noticeable. I am happy to send a photo so reach out to Nearly Newlywed if you are interested (it may be gone post-dry clean, I haven't seen the dress as it is all boxed up).

This item is returnable as priced, less a $50 return fee. If using any promotional code for an additional % off, or you live outside the contiguous US, it will not be eligible for return.
