Brand NEW, never worn before custom made dress with original tags still intact.

Flawless dress, no blemishes or anything. In pristine condition and has been in its bag since purchase (except when altered). Dress length was altered to fit my 5’3 height and bustle was added as well. Retail price is $2,875 and $400 for alterations.
