Beautiful Elegant Romantic Off-The-Shoulder Lace Ball Gown Wedding Dress
I purchased this dress from a seller on Etsy, MGHandmadeArt, for my wedding in 2020 but never ended up wearing it.
I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it because it looked like it was straight out of a fairytale. It was even more beautiful when it arrived in the mail. Everything from detailed floral embellishments to the beautiful princess-like flare of the skirt left me in awe. It has a detailed embellished bodice and a gorgeous corset back. The stitching looks very well done.
Another reason prompting me to buy this dress was that the seller had marked it 70% off because it was during the covid pandemic and she was really trying to sell her sample dresses so that her small boutique could stay in business. I couldn't say no.
Condition: Like NEW, never worn to an event. There are some blemishes/dirt on the underside of the slip portion of the dress, near the bottom. Other imperfections are minor dirt spots on the applique, slightly visible glue from the applique, slight fraying of corset ties, and two spots where the bottom inside underlayer stitching is coming loose. There is an area of tulle on the inside that appears to be unfinished.
When I tried the dress on, however, the sleeves were too tight on my arms and my bust didn't fit. Overall, the style didn't flatter my body type. There are no alterations to this dress that I know of. I do know that it is a size 12 and was a sample.
I was very sad about not being able to wear this beautiful dress and was hoping somebody else could enjoy it even more than I did!
