Monique Lhuillier Winston Gown purchased at the Monique Lhuillier boutique in NYC. Draped trumpet gown with signature bow back and detached/removable pleated off the shoulder sleeves/arm cuffs. Altered at Monique Lhuillier in Los Angeles never outside of her own seamstress hands. Length altered and waist taken in. Arm cuffs are slipped on separately and can be worn or not worn.
