Beautiful Modern Sheath Wedding Dress with Straps
Details

• Made from a heavyweight 100% silk faille and the option of a 100% silk satin lining or a triacetate/polyester satin lining that comes in at a slightly lower price point.
• Train length is 35cm

The dress is stunning and incredibly easy to move around in. I changed into a jumpsuit for dancing, but if you'd like to wear this all night, consider adding a bustle.
Alterations cost me $1000. This is an *extremely* delicate dress, and should only be altered by top seamstresses in your area.
- Outside of hemming the front of the dress to cascade against the floor, nothing was altered on the bottom half of the dress.
- I bought 8 different bras trying to figure out what would work with this dress. The back is too low for a traditional bra, and the straps aren't straight. After months of deliberation, I ended up getting cups sewn into the dress - which was the best decision I could've made (for reference, I'm a C cup). Cups can be easily removed if they're not your thing
- The straps were shortened
- The bodice was taken in to suit my frame - I'm a traditional US 4, most garments fit true to size, though my top half is smaller
For reference, I'm about 5"5-5"6 and wore 2.5-inch heels.
Would consider bundling my cape as well (purchased from Halfpenny London for $1700).
Professionally dry cleaned immediately after the wedding.

In our classic matte silk with heavy silk satin lining, this modern and fashion-forward silhouette features a slight scoop bodice with a bias cut cowl drape over the bust. The wider straps are ultra-modern and comfortable.
While the Mira gown features a cowl neck design, it also has a waist seam, which gives a more flattering shape for different body sizes.
The skirt has a side split and added flare at the hem that gives beautiful movement.
The back is slightly lowered and so quite open, but high enough there is some support
