Elegant Floral Lace A-Line Wedding Dress
The dress features a lace floral overlay over textured tulle and organza. It has a v neckline and square low back with illusion straps with lace floral appliques. There are covered buttons in the back over the zipper closure. There is a medium train. It has a structured bodice and crystals and beads applied on the lace overlay.
Professional Alterations:
- Added individual pads at the breast because I naturally have a B cup (36B bra size) and the dress was made for a larger bust.
- The armholes were altered to lower the underarm material to give my arms more space to move.
- An ivory ribbon matching the dress color with crystals was sewed to the front of the dress; the ribbon ties in the back.
- One of the several layers of tulle was removed to make the dress volume more manageable.
- The length was altered and hemmed to accommodate my height (5'8" with 3-inch heels) so the dress hangs just above the ground in front, and just above the ground in the back once bustled.
- There are 3 clear buttons and ivory loops to allow the dress to be bustled; they are nearly invisible.
- The waist was taken in approximately 1/3" on each side at the natural waist.
