Elegant Classic Chic Simple Trumpet Wedding Dress
From Oscar De La Renta's Fall 2014 Couture Bridal Collection
Strapless off white silk faille gown with re-embroidered ivory lace applique peplum and cascading flounced train.
Originally bought as a sample and only worn once for photos. I never had a ceremony or wedding.
It is a classic fit and flare/trumpet/mermaid that I had taken in to accentuate the hourglass shape even more! The peplum waist turns into the train in the back. Silk faille fabric with lace on the top bodice part and the train.
Comes with a cathedral-length veil. Original runway photos show a sash that is not included.
I am 5'5" and wore 3-inch heels. Street size 0/2 (probably closer to a 0 back in the day!). The bottom hem may be a little worn, but it doesn't show up in photos at all and I never had an issue with it. I had it professionally cleaned afterward and it's been sitting in the box for the last 6 years, so I have decided to finally let it go!
