As soon as I saw this dress, I knew it was “the one”!
It has a sweetheart neckline and stunning beadwork on the bodice and skirt. The matching veil just takes it over the top. I didn’t think I wanted a veil but this just looked so amazing walking down the aisle.
Purchased from the Amsale Flagship Salon on Madison Avenue in NewYork, the dress was a size 14, but wedding dress sizes are all out of whack so I would estimate that it was a size 8 street size, as that is the clothing size I wore at the time (I was very into J Crew at that time if that helps you with sizing :).
The bodice was meticulously altered by Amsale’s in-house seamstress to match my body. The dress was also hemmed and a bustle was added for dancing.
This dress will take your breath away! I had it cleaned and preserved by J Scheer & Co in NYC after my wedding and it’s in perfect condition.
The matching Peony Veil was purchased for $1,100 and is INCLUDED in the purchase of the dress. It was cleaned and preserved along with the dress :).
Once you have placed your order the Seller will be notified. Nearly Newlywed will then check that the dress is authentic and matches to the seller's description. The item will then be shipped to you upon approval. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery.
