Ivory strapless sweetheart ball gown with hand-gathered tulle bodice and ruched tulle technique overlay. With all the light, airy volume in the skirt creating so much effortless energy, Octavia is one of my most youthful and fun dresses for Spring. Playful and perfectly imprecise, there's such a lovely sense of fragility and freedom -- a cloud, floating through the sky, blowing wherever the wind takes her.
