Never been worn, still in box. No alterations done. Brand is Wtoo, style is Cecelia. Stunning ball style gown with layered tulle skirt. Light ivory in color. Belt is included. Veil (by Toni Federici, which lists at $400.00) is included, it has also never been worn. It is also light ivory to match dress, has ribbon edging and is 38 inches in the back, with attached comb.
