Hi everyone! This is a brand new, never been worn or altered dress. It's a size 4 that's hemmed at 54.5" (which is for a woman that's 5'4" and wearing 3.5" shoes.) Winnie couture also put in a bustle underneath. Though the dress itself was $1,989, the hem and bustle added in $325. The material is absolutely gorgeous, lace with crystals on the front and throughout the dress. There's an inner corset type thing that takes away the need to wear a bra and fits nice and snug. The train is long and flowy. I really did love this dress in store! Just.. didn't end up getting married!
